Media is very important. There is an historic saying that goes: “He who has the gold, makes the rules“.

Those who have been in position–throughout much of visual media history–to dictate what is the quintessential representation of beauty, have conditioned the world to see their own image as such. It’s no wonder that when people get their first nose jobs, it’s almost ALWAYS to make it smaller(narrower). And many people throughout the world have (or had been) convinced–at least to some degree–that darker skin is of lesser value or beauty than lighter skin. Power over Media is the tool that made this transmogrification of the non-eurocentric self-image possible. But God is returned and ultimately rules supreme. He is still dark-skinned and has always had ALL of the Gold.
