Should your spouse be getting half of your income in the event of a divorce?

Even though I firmly believe that the ultimate solution will be born from the advent into a fully free world in which spouses aren’t forced by law to give anything to each other they don’t agree with,  I suggest the following solution regarding money/divorce—mentioned below..

So, provided your spouse is nurturing you, loving you, giving helpful advice. If nothing else, they definitely deserve reciprocation of these values. But if the relationship goes south,  giving up half of all your net worth tends to feel like an exorbitant amount for them to be entitled to since in most cases the argument can be made that you put in the lion’s share of the hard effort and strategizing to make that income.  And these laws apply to both men and women, but men seem to have it worse than women when it comes to the judge’s decision-making/allocation process in divorce court.  Here’s one of the most brilliant minds in comedy today..when he was a little younger.

Enter..Chris Rock:

lol..Fellas, let’s think about it, in a very real sense we often find ourselves paying to have our women choose to be with us.  You buy a nice car, you buy nice clothes, you spend on drinks, flowers, candy, rings, the wedding, you buy a new home and more.  So instead of being forced to pay someone half of your net worth that they most likely didn’t earn(this goes for both men and women), is it not logical to conclude that it would be more sensible to agree to periodcally pay your spouse an agreed upon percentage of the income they’re probably helping you build?..Like monthly or quarterly?  Yes, this is my pre –Advent into A Fully Free World–solution to this commonly crippling issue.  It would be their money, so they can spend it or save it..whatever.  The caveat is that that spouse will no longer receive any of your income in the event of a divorce UNLESS you share that with them of your own volition, which I believe a number of people will do based on the relationship or certain circumstances. I think this is a fair solution.

What about child support, you say?  Well I think that for now, only a few of the most basic, sensible child support laws are necessary.

Here’s another one for the road.  I love this podcast recording because this comedian is another soldier for the truth. And he does an excellent job addressing the justification of most of these types of laws.

Enter..Bill Burr:

lol..Ladies, take what you deserve. Deserve. We men should do the same.
